We are using the same pose for this month as we did for our March Newsletter. (The picture above is from the poster that is included in the Good Morning Good Night with YogaBuddies CD set.)
How to get into the pose: Start by lying on the back, keep the spine and tailbone pressed into the ground. Bend the knees and grab onto the outside of the feet with the hands, and pull the feet down and out. The soles of the feet face the ceiling. It is the pose we see babies do naturally.
